I don't know if anyone can help.

Relatives of ours are currently n Icmeler, and the Mrs as been hospitalised for a week, yesterday she was released and they cant get a flight home til sunday, this will mean they have been in Turkey for 3 weeks, the medication she takes runs out and she doesn't know where she can obtain Morphine from.

Any help will be appreciated .

Do they have a helpline number for their travel insurance?

I'm a diabetic and once shattered all of my insulin cartridges by dropping them, I called my insurance company and they gave me an address of where to go to get replacements - thankfully.

I hope it works out ok.
