When anyone books anything from us whether it be accommodation, transfers, excursions or trips to other countries, as soon as the booking goes online you are automatically sent a mail from the system with a username and a password that will enable you to log into our online system where you can alter your dates, times, flight numbers and print off your various vouchers.

Sometimes this mail goes into your junk mail so it is in everyone's interest to always check their junk mail as lots of important stuff does go there from time to time

This is of course all good if people that book do give the correct email address at the time of booking

I booked a transfer with ICR and got an email back almost immediately informing me to go to gate 21. When I got there they didn't even want to see the printed voucher. Just asked my name and off we went.

Was a little disappointed in the fact that it wasn't as new as I would have expected, nor did it have any ICR logo's on the vehicle - I was expecting something like the pics on the ICR website...

The driver was very polite and stopped to buy us all water but he spoke very little English. I tipped him 15 Lira (I've seen the fuel prices over there - ouch) which he seemed extremely grateful for.

Our transfer was fine. He checked our paperwork, took our cases, and led us to what I can only describe as a limo-I mentioned it in my blog. He didn't speak much English, but neither do a lot of the tourists who come to our country. And I don't speak Turkish. And besides, at 1am, after a 4hr flight, the last thing I wanted was a conversation anyway. Sunseeker, I've never seen an ICR bus in all the times I've been there. I think the pic on the site is just a watermark rather than an actual bus. Oh, and we got the exact same van on our return.
