Just wanted to wish all our friends in Turkey Iyi Bayramlar - hope you enjoy all the sweets!

2 years ago we were in resort for bayram, i walked round all day with a packet of sweets in my bag and gave them to the guys in the restaurants as we walked past, they were all shocked, was lovely to see the children all dressed up too x

Bayram is a feast or festival, in this case, to mark the end of Ramadan - and to celebrate them, everyone hands out sweets

thanks, thats nice. I think we will be in Icmeler during part of Ramadan next year 18th July - 8th August so will be there tthe end of it so might see this
