What is the rate in the resort at the moment ? anybody know

Hi I got 2.86 yesterday, in supermarket by Tandoori sizzler. Got 2.9 last thursday.

I would imagine lower today, The interbank rate has dropped from 3.0 to 2.9 in the last few days since the new bank or England governer announced that interest rates would not rise for the foreseeable future. He could have waited until after my holidays.

Dropped further today to 2.88 so I would expect 2.82-2.84 in resort tomorrow, the fact that the IMF has upped our growth forecast for the year has made no difference.

A bit of a recovery today interbank rate back to 2.92, hopfully it will be back to 3 in just over two weeks.

just wondered what the exchange is at the minute ,flying out next thurs happy days .

Interbank rate closed today at 2.9195 so tomorrow you should be able to get 2.86 - 2.88, it's always about 0.04-0.06 lower than the interbank rate.
