Postby KarenH » 04 Jul 2013 12:35

hi, have just booked flights for next june, me and my friend are coming for a chilled week away.

i have stayed before at palm gardens, club sun village, and the moonlight. we would like somwhere new, and an apartment each, as my friend snores!!

i would like somwhere quiet, any suggestions would be helpful, then i can get them booked with ICR when i go with the family in 8 weeks!!

thankyou. x

Consider a two bedroom apartment, it will cost less than two seperate apartments, obviously if the snoring is that bad you may want to stay in different complexes

Hi Karen

if I am right if you walk from the main square towards the beach down passed Harry's steak bar it should be on your left.
If I am wrong someone will correct me :D
Why not have a good look round when you are the in 8 weeks time there is also the Dursun that has two bed apartments.

Karen, if you're on the road where the old Captain Bulls***s used to be, walk down the road at the side of the Red Lion and the Selen II is down there on the left-hand side, after Selam restaurant and before you get to the Holiday. The Dursun apartments are also on the same road, just a bit further down from the Holiday.

Good shout about the 2 bed apartments at Sun Village, they are nice and quiet, old village location. Or you could stay at Rhodes Apartments, two top floor apartments would suit the two of you perfect. If I stay by myself I always get top floor as it seems smaller somehow and more cosy for me. (they are not smaller btw) view from the balcony is amazing!

Tokmak are as far up the market as you can go

When you walk up to top of market and turn around to come back down, they are on your right, if you originally take the right fork to go to the top

Dursun are in a great location - just down the road from the Holiday restaurant and Selam, not far from the canal and few minutes' walk from beach. The apartments are very spacious - pool quite small though.
