You are dead right Dodge; it was previously called the Lemon Tree but now has different owners. We are quite interested in the good reports. Will probably pay a visit next month :)

We went last year and had some fantastic nights, the staff are so friendly and genuine , nothing is a bother . Rush is owned by Rashid and Musty who were at the three bells before, well worth a visit 8)

From the top of the canal, cross the road and walk straight up past the cash machines and Villamar Hotel. When the canal starts again stay to the right, past the Rangers bar and you can't miss it, there's a massive star & cresent sign with the family name (Cylan) outside http://www.icmeleronline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=17320

Thanks Toon, where would I head if I was coming from the Old Village way then? I think I know but just to be clear when I've had a few Efes.

Across the main road opposite Christine's (Friar Tucks) There are 2 banks (one closed one open) with a narrow road between them. Walk down that road and it's right in front of you.

From the old village walk towards town past the Three (4) Bells and Migros to the crossroads.
Turn left and walk on until you come to Christine's/Friar Tuck's (Nice Fish and Chips here) and the new bank (where Three (4) Bells used to be).
Cross the main road and walk down the narrow road in front of you.
At the end of that road you will see it in front of you.

It's marked on the map if that helps http://bit.ly/MapOfIcmeler

we as a family of three adults and two kids tryed this place a couple of weeks ago and we were really impressed with it.
one of our best meals of the whole fortnight.
by the time we left every table was full and seeing as its tucked away this has gotta be a good sign.

Went to Rush for the first time last week, sorry to say I was pretty disappointed. Service was poor my chicken was really dry and there was no atmosphere when the entertainment started.

I might try it again in September but maybe just for lunch one day

I hope you complained about the chicken and service as Rashid is very proud of his place and keen to hear comments, especially if they are bad so that he can put them right!

We just had drinks at Rush with new friends we met at the hotel when we were in Icmeler 2 weeks ago. Drinks service was quick and efficient and we enjoyed the entertainment and the atmosphere was great, but it depends on how many people are getting involved and things I guess. All tables were full. We had a really good chat with the owner (Rashid?) who came over to our table, and he was lovely. Our friends re-visited for the leg of lamb a couple of days later - we were going home that night so couldn't join. But they said it was lovely. Hope that your lunch is better!! It's a shame when places aren't up to expectation, and an even greater shame when it is just a blip one night, and you might have really enjoyed it the night before ect.
