Postby dksbbs » 28 Apr 2013 22:17

I've been looking at the availabilty online of accomodation from the 30th September for 8 nights, quite fancy the Rhodes or Sun Village (Not Club) apartments, which one would you choose.

Hi,
We stayed at the Rhodes last year and could not fault them in any way, lovely location, big clean pool, good food, friendly, would go back any time, highly recommended.

We are big Rhodes Apartment supporters ,or favourite retreat.BUT if am reading it right you want 8 weeks from end of September I.e. all October and November?.
I think the Rhodes usually dosnt go beyond about 17th October so would check that out!
Also Tango must have a wedding to arrange soon?
But it's superb there

Thanks for all the replies, the majority say the Rhodes but the Sun Village does look nice however I have sided with the Majority.

I did consider others but as I am an Icmeler Old Village lover I didn't want to stay in the centre.

So using the online booking system apartments and private transfer are booked, depost paid, note in calendar to pay the rest end of June.

I asked for a late checkout and JT immediately rang to say it would be cheaper to book an extra night than pay the late check out fee so he has done that for me. Fantastic service.

If anyone wants to buy me an Efes on my 50th I will post where I will be on the day

Thanks again for the input, this will be a slightly different holiday as we have always stayed at the same apartments in the past but fancied a change although we still love where we normally stay.

We are staying at the Sun Village for 14 nights from the 19th Sept and like yourselves are trying somewhere new for a change. Really good service of JT to recommend you book an extra night rather than requesting a late check out. Wish we had thought of that as well as we also have a late flight, just thought of requesting a late room when we were there, suppose we are just not used to the extra personal and helpful service you get when booking with ICR. Have a great holiday and if we see you around the resort with your 50th t shirt on sure we can stretch to an Efes to help your celebrations :D

I love staying at Rhodes, now in my opinion they are one of the best apartment complexes in Icmeler. With the location spot on. Service and cleanliness second to none and such a gorgeous pool which you can always find a sunbed around, plus the bar within stumbling distance. Can't ask for better than that. Good choice! :D
