We stayed here last year… Mama and her small team who ran them were lovely… They’re in a really good spot in the village. I really liked this little place, but they were indeed in need of a facelift. So it is nice to see them getting it!! Hope they do well with their makeover and wish Mama, Max & co the best of luck…

I'm interested in the 2 bedroom apartments but I've been told they are in the loft space. Is this true? And if so are they low ceilings?

Do they have air-con in both bedrooms and how much is it?
Are they any safety deposit boxes and if so where are they and how much?

I've looked at the photos for the two bedroom apartments on the ICR site, are these the actual apartments? because the same photos are shown in the one bedroom list.

Have you got any bathroom pictures yet?

Thanks in advance.

We are really struggling to find somewhere this year as we can't get in our normal place :( the wifes on about the Canary Islands now

Can't answer your questions about the 2 bedroom apartments; we stayed in a one bedroom. I think they were on the top floor.
The safety deposit box is in the wall of the bedroom behind the door. Think they were £20 per week. (last year)

All refurb to the actual apartments are now completed

we suggested a fence all around the boundary walls so a vine or similar could be grown to make the place more private and Ibo had the fence up in a week

The 2 bedroom apartments are in the roof area and one of the bedrooms is low on 2 parts of the roof but where the actual double bed is, is fine

The other bedroom and living area are a good size, bathroom is very large but when people are enquiring about these rooms we are of course letting them know this

Next year (too late for this year now) they have planning permission to raise the roof so ALL rooms will be very large

Air con is in lounge and one bedroom and as for prices, for some reason that evades me we do not have it in the contract which I need to get fixed but once we know we will post here

£20 a week for safe is excessive so most probably incorrect as I think normal charges around are maye £1 per day but will also find out

All in all a very nice apartment complex with a cracking sun area around the pool ensuring you get that tan all day long.

Bus stop outside the door for Marmaris, 2 minutes to Cubana bar, 5 minutes to Wembley, Love Star and 3 Bells bars

Thanks for the update JT and glad you mentioned about putting a fence up as the pool area was very open , I noticed that when I was staying at the ekinci last year. Really looking forward to staying here in June. 8)
