Hi, anyone else going out around then. What do you think weather will be like?

I'm not out there at any time soon, more's the pity but have read on another thread that the weather is in the 30's. So enjoy!!!

We are off on the 22nd staying at the lighthouse for 10 days.

Today daytime temp at 1.30pm a scorching 39c....this evening 9pm 26c with a very welcome light breeze. Exchange rate still holding at 2.86 to the pound.

Unfortunately it looks like the weather is taking a turn for the worse next week.

Looks like the Lira has taken a big hit to.

Sorry, still 2.86 yesterday, friday 19th, and with banks closed for weekend , will hold at this .
The weather is certainly out of sync for this time of year, and locals are expecting rain, but hey, if it rains , its does,nt last all day/week like here, just spectacular thunder/lightening storms, buckets down, reshens the air, sun comes out and drys it up, and not forgetting it,s still warm.

Some of the locals were saying "expecting change next week, rain and colder, but what the heck would still like to be back there.

The rain arrived in icmeler today, and is cooler, but still warmer than here in uk.
