Building work on jetty

Hi, with the work thats been done in icmeler i'm interested to know if there's any work been done to where the old white cabins used to be at the back of the light house to the right of the jetty. I'm curious to know as this is where i spend most days fishing and that area was bit of an eyesore with broken pallets and general rubbish.

The lighthouse cabins all been demolished , a few fish restuarants would be good along where the cabins were
