We all talk about the all inclusive and the Russians etc. but what is really going to kill off Icmeler in my opinion is greedy landlords.I wont quote any figures i have been told but some of the rent being paid is so high any profit is almost impossible to make.That is why a lot of places have new owners year after year.
Fingers crossed common sense will prevail.
