We did a week mid october last year, days were fine, nice to walk round in shorts, but the evenings were incredibly chilly. A few places were closed, more closed during the week, those that were still open were on countdown to close in the following week or two. It was very quiet but kinda nice like that :)

We go every October, there this year until 18th. We always have a great time, the weather is usually good although cool in the evenings. The restaurants and shops are starting to close down but there are always plenty of old favourites to visit, they do not close until nearly everyone has gone. When we get back we feel better and ready to face the British weather!!!

My wife and I were at the Eden gardens apts, in the first week of october last year. The first four days were warm and sunny, the fifth day was a mixture of quite thick cloud and sunshine, still pretty warm. However on the fifth and sixth days the heavens opened and as Turkey regulars know when it rains it absolutely pppppp.....pours down. (self edited !). The evenings were reasonably warm, although the ladies seemed to need long sleeves. I hope this is of some help.
