ICR All Inclusive Boat Trip 12th to 24th August

Postby noodles1609 » 06 Jul 2012 07:42

I'd really like to do this boat trip in August, but all the ones planned so far fall outside of our dates. Wondering if there is any interest between these dates so we can fill a boat? I think JT needs about 30 confirmed and paid bookings to put one on.

For us there are definitely 2, with another 1-3 possible if we can organise a date. Don't mind which day at all, we've not planned anything so far.

Anyone interested? :D

There are no more all inclusive boat trips

The council banned them hence us doing a "private" boat trip

Ah, I get it now! (I'm a bit slow on the uptake sometimes). Thanks for the clarification JT :)

Biddy - that's great - hopefully there will be enough to put another one on. It's not particulary the AI aspect that is of interest (ok it is...) it's more about not having a totally packed boat, having a bit of space to move, not having to scoot down your sunbed to get off it cause there is not an inch in between them!

If we can't pull this off then one of the other boat trips would be great :)

Go and look at the photos I took of the harbour a few days ago

I had the wrong lens on the camera so couldn't get closer but the boats were rammed top and bottom and full of Eastern Bloc people

It was like that in May when we did Dalyan, didn't much enjoy that aspect at all, which is why the ICR boat trips appeal. I did have to laugh though, 4 German ladies were absolutely livid that nobody had reserved their sunbeds for them, talk about living the stereotype!!

If we're doing a boat trip in August, and I would very much like to, it'll be booked with ICR for sure JT :D

I've booked mine although it is on 3rd August with ICR - I thought £18 pp was good value for AI.

I'm sure I paid more than that last year although we did buy it through the holiday rep (they always add their bit on as I guess they're on commission. It was quite rammed although there wasn't sunbeds as such, just a huge plastic mattress kind of thing on the top deck and you put your towels on it. It did get hot to walk on bare foot though.

I still enjoyed it but looking forward to the ICR one more :)

Thought I would resurrect this thread to see if anyone else was interested in a private boat trip. I've just booked bbq bays trip for 15th August, but we are in Icmeler for another 10 days after that. Think we need 30 for a trip to go ahead. If there is enough interest and we can agree a date I will have betwen 2 and 5 people :D
