Day 2

Got up early and took a steady stroll into Marmaris at about 08.30 before it got too hot. It took us about 90 minutes walking time but we did stop off for a drink to rehydrate after about an hour. We decided to catch the ferry boat back to chill out. Cost 10 TL each. We then called in at Cupids for a bit of lunch. 2 tuna salads, 1 extreme chicken salad and 1 bacon and mushroom omelette plus 4 cold beers came to 73 TL. Whilst walking back through the square the temp read 46 degrees (approx 1230 - 1300 hrs). back to Efem then for a well deserved dip in the pool etc.
Last night the Efem were doing a pool party for 10Tl each which included a chicken casserole a quiz and a cash game of bingo before the antics in the pool started. The quiz ah well enough said on that, however brother in law won 2 Lines on the bingo 20TL and full house 95Tl plus he actually won 2nd prize in a free raffle which got him a cocktail of his choice. Good eh (jammy bugger lol) all in all a very good evening the casserole was very very good.
