I stayed in EFEM aparts in 2009, they were fine. I think they have been extended since then and also some sunbeds removed to make way for a water slide. They are about maybe 10-12 min walk to centre of Icmeler with lots of restaurants on the way, Nefis Pide, Robin Hood,Romance,Ozzy's(although i'm sure it has moved now)Wembley Bar to name a few. It's pretty much a straight road all the way down and would bring you out at Azra(i think that's what it's called) Jewellers, We had a top floor(attic room) but for just 2 if us it was fine.
