ATM Machines

I know this has been posted before but I can't find it anywhere and thought it'd be quicker this way. Can anyone tell me where the ATMs that used to be in the square are now situated and directions please? I'd be coming down from the Senem Apartments in the Old Village.

Top of the canal where the lights are. One corner is Broadway restaurant, one is Florida, one Sports Bar with the Devamli Hotel above - this is the nearest corner to the bank machines. Taxi rank is in front. I'm not entirely sure of the location of Senem, but if you're on the main road with Tansas heading away from Tansas/Market end, do a left immediately before Kangaroo Apartments (bank underneath, think it's Akbank) - and walk towards the beach, you'll soon seen them after you've gone past Rush Bar, Eda Hotel, and the small playground

Thanks noodles1609. I've just had a look at the map so know where I'm going now. Would have hated losing some precious Efes time raking around for money.

I have just returned from Senem Apartments and I am sure you will have a great time. We found this year that none of the ATM's at the top of the canal are dispensing the English £ , although I think the HSBC does if you are one of their customers. I found that the Turkiye Bank at the crossroads between the Old Village and the square dispenses english £'s. The others dispense turkish lira but we found that we got a good rate when exchanging £'s. Hope this is helpful

Garanti bank across the road from Avlu 1 does sterling, it's quite a reliable machine too

Thanks sun lover loch lomond. I usually just take out lira from the cash machines but do take some English money with me too. We are so looking forward to staying at the Senem Apartments - will be our first time there and will be nice to meet some new people.
