Can anyone recommend a half day boat trip that would be suitable with 2 children aged 8 & 6. They have asked also if they could jump into the sea from the boat but dont know if they are too young, but they are both excellent swimmers. thanks

Don't know of any half day boat trips, you may have to book a private boat.
Our Children have been going on the full day boat trips since they were 10 and 6 and both love them, normally 4-5 swimming stops, lunch included and all at very reasonable cost.
There is no issue with jumping from the boat but ask first before jumping from the top deck, the skipper or crew will tell you if the water is deep enough as it can look deeper than it actually is.
