Definately no on the planes..
I am on day 17 of abstaining from having a cigarette, I highly recommend seeing the quit smoking service and discussing Champix, after 7 days i wasn't finishing my cigarettes,I've smoked 20 a day for 33 years, the Champix sorted the Nicotine part out and my brain was Nicotine clear after 7 days even though I was smoking as the Nicotine receptors are blocked so I was actually not getting the hit but didn't realise as I was still smoking, the hard part is the habit when you normally have a smoke, with a drink, after a meal, driving the car, during a break at work etc, using a electronic cigarette won't help you with this part, you will find day 1 hard but by day two or three its a lot easier. 17 days in I think about having a cigarette once or twice a day, hopefully in another few weeks it will a lot less, I have tried to quit before with patches, gum, mints etc, this is the easiest way I have found.
I will be a smoker for the rest of my live but at this moment in time I choose not to have one, I still carry the 5 cigarettes I didn't smoke on my last day, somehow its a comfort having them there.
The worse part since I have being paying my mortgage i have spent £48000 on cigarettes in 20 years at todays prices, I could have paid off my mortage a lot earlier and been to
Icmeler twice a year instead of once for the last 10 years.
