Postby 200RJH250 » 23 May 2012 13:31

Hi, would anyone no if the Moonlight cruise will be sailing on Saturday 16th June as it's our Anniversary, where does it sail from and what is the meal like.
Thanks.
Rich.

We went on a moonlight cruise two years ago, it was ok. We caught the boat in Marmaris. Food was very basic.
Would not think about doing it again.

We went on a moonlight cruise a couple of years ago(not ICR). Romantic, relaxing! Not a chance.
Sail out from Marmaris to anchor at the island, Serve meal then turn up the music as loud as the PA can manage. The skipper spent the evening fishing with ear plugs in. No, definitely one for the younger crowd unless, of course, JT can reassure me that the ICR one is not like this.

Sorry I have to disagree we went on the cruise 2 yes ago I loved it we booked it at the harbour in marmaris £10 each we were picked up from hotel taken to the boat and shown to a table. We sailed straight into the sunset my granddaughter who was 6 at the time cried when it went down. After this we had a nice meal chicken or fish salad pasta etc then those that wanted to had a swim by the light of the boat. There was a singer and nice music to dance to I would say it was a romantic night for couples my daughter thought it was a bit cheesy we docked at about 12. 30 and all headed for bar street it was a great night. I think it's a case of walking around the boats and asking what they do enjoy tirkey
