Do not use this hairdressers unless you want to be ripped off.

Friends of mine who went here for a haircut and shave, ended up getting hair dyed, face masks and massage WITHOUT requesting these and when they confronted the staff and told them no, they were rude and abusive and then to top it off charged them over 200ytl. If it had been me i would have not paid, unfortunately they did and so far all they have offered is a free shave to compensate. At times like these people should ask themselves why folk sometimes do not return and this is a prime example, people do not like to be ripped off!

So a word of warning, always negotiate a price.

Sad to say this happened to me (Jucy Judes husband) (although some might say (but not me naturally) that she could also do with a shave) as well last month.

I went for a shave and a haircut and was quoted TL 25. During the process I was asked if I wanted a facial as well. Why not I thought and had a strange potion put on my face. Unfortunately I did not ask the price of this and was charged some 45TL for the whole process. Moral of the story, always ask the price and avoid this rip off merchant, I will at the next visit to Icmeler. Needless to say I did NOT leave a tip.

try Ibos back of the Tansas supermarket

IBO IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY POPULAR AND A VERY GOOD BARBER WATCH THE VIDEO

watch Ibo weave his magic, funnily enough the barbers at the Istanbul tried to "dis" IBO as being a butcher, no way, I got charged 40ytl for the massage face pack fce clean shave and haircut incl tip. worst barber experience was an anonymous barber near castle in Marmaris jsut a shave 40ytl last year 2005, grumpy rip off merchant who was charging the local 5 ytl a shave (saw his lsit of what he had been charging in the cash drawer) should have argued the toss with him could havE practices my turkish insults.

Hi Steve,
My husband is off to Ibo's as soon as I can unpack him a pair of shorts and a T-shirt. He then comes back to the apartment scalped and with a face as soft as a baby's bum
