New main square

We are going to paradise on 21st May and we have been looking at the fantastic photos from JT. The square looks fantastic but we are wondering if there are any functions planned for the square? There looks to be a stage, will it be used? We will also be looking forward to the great offers at Tandori sizzler and Havana as well as the great trips via ICR.
Is Richard place still open?
