Yesil Dalyan Travel Transfers

Hi Folks,

Just wondering if anybody has had any experience with yesil dalyan travel for transfers? We had United Blue last year who were spot on and was hoping for these again this year but we've ended up with Yesil Dalyan via the agent we booked with.

It wouldn't bother me normally but the reviews online don't seem the best and the missus is going to be 28 weeks pregnant by the time we get there so could do without any eventualities to be honest.

Many thanks in advance

This has happened to us too. Any chance of an answer that is not an advert for ICR?

Cheers.

Yesil Dalyan, United Blue and many other companies are transfer companies in the market with a driver and a bus to serve you the best they can. Just because there are few bad reports does not mean any of these companies are managed badly because every company in this market serves to thousands in a single season and only those that have made some mistakes get mentioned or slated.

On the other hand, a good service, when recommended is considered an advert..

If you are not happy with the company your agent booked you with, please take it up with them so to change your transfer service provider, if this is not possible, either take the chances and try the mentioned company yourself or pay a little extra and use the company you feel comfortable with.

The majority of complaints in transfer services are about waiting in these shuttle busses for 2-3 hours to fill up before leaving the airport. These shuttles are the cheapest option to get to the resort so at the end of the day, we all get what we pay for.

As a result, my recommendation to you would be to hire a transfer service from one of the reputable companies to minimize the stress on your wife thus on your baby.

Wish you a great holiday.

Rami,

Thankyou for your informed response. It is much appreciated.

From my point of view we booked the shuttle transfer on the basis that last years with United Blue was sufficient, managed really well and our budget for the holiday this year didn't really allow us to do much else. All I was really wanting to know was anybody's opinion whom had used Yesil due to the comments I had read elsewhere. I do generally take everything with a pinch of salt and I trust the opinions of the members & owners of this site so had there been any negatives here I would have taken it up with my booking agent.

However given your comments on the other thread about transfers I am now reconsidering my options as I had not taken in to account some of the points you had mentioned.

Thanks again for your response. Very much looking forward to being in the resort in 11 days time however we get to and from the airport :D

Hi, I have used Yesil Dalyan a couple of times in the past. Didn't have any problems at all but just remember to call them a couple of days beforehand to confirm your pick up time.

Hi, I have just returned from icmeler, i also had booked with united blue, and was changed to yesil dalyan transfers. No problems to report whatsoever. Wait at Dalaman was approx 30 mins for transfer bus to fill (27 ppl) and return yesterday, on time for pick up. (You do the proverbial 15 min toilet stop.) All in all, no problems for us at all, And will use them again in September, i do realise that now is a quieter time than the main summer months, and waits for transfer can be longer. But as said i will use them again. Also as someone mentioned, you have to phone them 24 hrs before to re-confirm flights back, even though it say's if you have provided a mobile number they will txt you, they dont.

Jools xx

Think we ended up with them all 3 times last year, no complaints really other than July when it was really hot, bigger than normal minibus that really struggled up the mountains, then getting stuck in the heat in the afternoon rush hour round Marmaris harbour. But then, it cost peanuts so you have to take the rough with the smooth, all part of the adventure! :D
