Posted: 24 Apr 2012 15:37Hi - new Canal stalls have been built in 3 blocks where Bamboo used to be - there have been photos on here from JT and Barnie over the last few weeks - dont know if they are open yet. Also saw pics of work being done on underground market. perhaps JT or Barrnie will update us x

Posted: 25 Apr 2012 07:22Would like to see the new stalls return and be in full use as soon as possible but it might take time for them to be reestablished.
Some of the stallholders who got evicted from the stalls alongside the canal found new locations in shops in Icmeler.It may take time for the new stalls to be taking up, a lot could depend on the cost of rental.
