2012 Forum membership cards How to Obtain

Hi All

please see below from JT on how to obtain your forum membership card that gives you discount at Tandori Sizzler and Havanna Bar for 2012 season

It seems that the same type of question is being asked in numerous threads so I will reply here and then maybe members can reply for me

If you are a member then you go to the office to pick up your card, if your wife or husband or kids are with you then they are covered by that card as they are your immediate family.

Your mother, father, brother, sister, uncle, auntie, cousins, friends or anyone else that you have met in resort is not covered unless they have JOINED THIS FORUM OR ARE CUSTOMERS OF OURS as in they have booked accommodations, transfers or excursions from us.

Anyone can join the forum, book accommodation, transfers or excursions from us to qualify for these offers

Ahahahaha Annette you have a good question and yes of course you are being a bit dumb

There are 13 of you who are staying at the Blue Rainbow booked from me so you cannot be the only customer

I can see that Akyaka trip being a fun day  , the one where all 13 of you will be going so again that entitles you all to a card.

Havana bar is now below the Blue Rainbow so you can also use your card there

I am a member of the forum but have not booked my holiday through you or any excursions. Can I still apply for this card? Thank you.

JT's post, Your mother, father, brother, sister, uncle, auntie, cousins, friends or anyone else that you have met in resort is not covered unless they have JOINED THIS FORUM OR ARE CUSTOMERS OF OURS as in they have booked accommodations, transfers or excursions from us.

But I haven't met them in the resort, we will have flown out on the same flight together and are staying in the same apartments together for the exact same time.

You missed out the rest of the quote becca, the part about "mother, father, brother, sister, uncle, auntie, cousins, friends", not just people you met in the resort. It only covers multiple people where it is a couple, plus their kids are included if they have them. Otherwise, all users of the card have to be a forum member or customer of ICR in some way.

Edit: Using my situation as an example. I am going with my partner. As a forum member, both of us are entitled to the benefits of the card. We both have a son each, both 14 who are going with us. As they're our kids, they will also be eligible for the discounts the card offers. If I was taking a brother and nephew with us, neither of them would be eligible to use the card.

Ok to make it simpler (I hope)

EVERY ADULT that wants to benefit from this offer must join the forum, book accommodation, transfers or excursions from us

If you are an adult and do not have a card from the office then you do not qualify

Please someone copy to all the other topics

So now all adults need their own card so if you're a couple you each need your own card.

Well that is a lot clearer now as before it wasn't clear enough as people could interpret it in different ways

Confusing, as the OP quote says that a person and their spouse can use the one card, or words to that effect....

On 15th April JT said that it had changed to all adults needing a card. I suppose it is easier to do it this way as there were so many questions being asked.

OK when you come to the ICR Office you will see myself or Michelle in the office and we will be issuing the forum cards. If you are a forum member and you come to Icmeler with you spouse then you will receive a card that you are both valid on. If you are a forum member and you come to Icmeler with your children (under 18) then they are on the same card as you. Any other combination requires everybody to be a forum member and to have a card (Michelle and I do check you are a member).
If you are NOT a forum member, but you have booked accommodation, transfers, or excursions with us then you and the people on the booking with you are entitled to an ICR card for the duration of your stay.
If somebody arrives in resort and they are NOT a forum member and they are NOT a guest of ICR then they will NOT recieve a forum card, however, if they come to the office and book an excursion with Michelle or myself then they will then be entitled to a forum card.
This should now clear up all the questions, but should you think of something then please ask as it will be up to Michelle and I as we are the ones issuing the cards in the office.
We are looking forward to seeing everybody coming to the office :D

You could not make it any simpler, but no doubt you will still get more questions
