Hi anitap
What date are you arriving in resort? During April the office is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm, and then starting in May the office will be open full time 9am - 7pm everyday.
If you let us know when you are arriving we can certainly arrange the turkish bath for you.

There is of course also a 24 hour help number if you have booked your holiday with

thankyou,we wont b arriving til 27 sep about 10 at night.Will we be able to book some trips with you in the morning ,the turkish bath can we do on the day of booking and defo want to do gypsy beach.

No Problem Anitap, if you come see me at the office I can get you a Turkish bath that day and organise any other trips you want to do. See you in September
