Pretty sure this has been discussed before but I did a search and couldn't find anything conclusive....

Heading back to Icmeler on May 11th, didn't sample too much of the steak last year so it's on my list of to do's this year. With that in mind......... Where/Who does the best Steak in the Sunny town of Icmeler?

My wife & I always thoroughly enjoyed the steaks in the Chef Restaurant (which was sadly involved in a fire last week), not just the quality & size of the meat but also the variety of recipes. They always had a glass display cabinet for customers to see plated meals available on the menu.

Best Steak for us is in Sidik's Family Restaurant. There is none that can compare. You don't need a knife to cut it, it is so tender.

You must try this restaurant for quality.

Funnily enough Helen we ate at Sidiks the night before we left back in September and I had steak which was really nice aswell as the Sidik Family, it was a really nice end to the holiday meeting them.

The only other steak I had the whole holiday was from Dream Boys which was poor to be honest.

Roy, depending on cost, if you don't mind spending a little more for your steak. Bonjour! OMG, to me, the best steak in town. Juicy, tasty and with any sauce you wish for. Yummy yum yum. I can taste it now!! :D

Got to disagree with Sami on this one

The manager of bonjour has a brother, Vince of Vince's restaurant and Demircioglu and far better by a country mile there and also far cheaper

We always walked past Chef and thought it looked really nice but never got around to actually going in. I hope they manage to get things sorted out in time for the new season and don't lose too much trade.

Re Sidiks, imagine your on the corner of DeJa Vu and faced in the direction of Nefis Pide, Lals etc (the flag would be over your right hand shoulder) Follow that road along and when you reach Wembley bar, turn right up that road, and about a hundred yards up on your right is Sidiks family restaurant. It's small but perfectly formed and you'll receive the very best service from Eddie & the Sidik family.

Has to be Lighthouse for me - fillet and sirloins are gorgeous! Much as I love Vinces, it's his chicken vince, liver and onions and lamb testi kebabs that I'd go there for rather than steaks - oh and his fixed price menus are great!

If you are on the promenade walk away from marmaris so with the sea on your left, all the way along. Come off at the Chateau de Ville just past Munamar and turn right to follow the main dolmus route along.Past the pig and whistle and various other bars, past the champagne bar and you will find Vince almost at the top of this road before it bears round to the right. He is a very nice bloke and worth a visit. :)

Harry's Steakhouse - wonderful! I'm really fussy about how I like my steak cooked, and theirs are always done to perfection and simply melt in the mouth.

OH eats plenty of steak. We always avoided Harry's as the name suggested something on the lines of a Bernie Inn. Last year he decided to try it and was blown away by the quality.

We tend to eat at our favourite places and throw in a couple of new ones to try. Last year we decided to try somewhere different each night. In the main we did - but we ate at Harry's twice (OH had steak both times).
