Self Catering Recipes

hi all
we all know (well most of us do) how limited the cooking facilities are in self cartering apartments. i was wondering if our forum members had any simple easy recipes, that could be made in an apartment on 1 or 2 electric rings. due financial constraints we will not be eating out as much as normal this year. so come on guys get your thinking caps on.
i will start with a simple recipe that we use at home that would be ideal.
Simple Philly and Pasta, Mushroom
Ingrediants
Pasta (for how ever many people in your group)
Soft Cheese (Philidelphia type) this comes in a few different flavours if you can work out what the turkish says
Mushrooms
Method
Boil pasta till cooked
a little oil or butter in a pan, fry the mushrooms, when mushrooms are cooked add pasta, and mix, then add enough philly to taste should be a nice creamy consistancy then serve
serve with some nice turkish bread and a bottle of nice turkish wine or a bottle of effes
you can substitute mushrooms with the following or indeed add the following to bulk it out
peppers, onions, courgettes, tommatoes, squash, well you get the idea
enjoy
