Just been clearing out my holiday Bum Bag and came accross this little purse I use on holiday.
Opened it up and there was 700 lira inside,now thats a good start me thinks for our next hols.
Going to look through the cases now because you never know

thats brilliant! i found my favourite sunglasses i thought id left in icmeler in my case

the same happened to us a couple years ago checking out the suitcases checked my wallet and there was £300 in lira in it happy days. Use it wisely Gene and invest it in effes, have one for me I`ll be in New York this August and missing my effes fix

Found my holiday purse, 110 lira in it....but I haven't told my OH!!

ha ha ha i looked but sadly only found 9 lira awell 1 more lira and i can get a cocktail at the florida bar on buy one get one free happy days

Yes those were the good old days, as said everyone a millionaire.

I found £100's worth of lira in my money box (the one I use for holiday money) don't know how it ended up there but I shall now be adding to it ready for June.

see the rate is going down now
was in Ankara couple of weeks ago and got 2.85
