Hi laticslass
You don't really need a re-think. Phone
JT and let him do the thinking for you.

stopped here few years ago .apartments nice but they are at bottom of mountain below the flag.Good 20 mins walk to tandoori and very dark at night. Also they operate a band system where you have to put credit on a band before you can have anything ,you cant buy with cash which can be pain. Also behind is a main road which can be busy.Give
Icmeler online a bell who will sort you out,If you want somewhere central try bonjour, babadan or prince.there are loads

JT,
The Club Aquarium are directly below the Flag............before you get to the Cemetary......then Tommy's and the Grand.. They are a little way out but it's the last 70yds uphill that doe's it...
Stayed there our 1st year in Icmeler...

See I dont know where you are looking from Steve but to get to the Club Aquarium you go past where the bookies used to be and take a right and up the road take a left and they are in the corner and not where I would say the flag is.
Grand is next to the cemetery and under the flag, well from where I view the flag that is

Hi JT,
Going from Tommy's.. cutting through the cemetary, to the main road, then you come to the fork (with barrier) to go left towards the Flag. The Club Aquarium is next turn on your right, coming from the main road, above and behind the Club..we always approached the Club from Deja vu side. As I said JT, it was our first time in
Icmeler
before I even thought of going to the Flag.

Apartments are a good 20min walk from centre, and longer on the way back at end of night

But if you don't mind the walking the views are great. Self-catering, clean. Only real road noise is from
transfer bus drop offs at all hours. Stayed there several times in last few years and going back again end May.

Have stopped at the Club the last few years and its a great hotel. It takes about 15 mins to walk to town and back another 15 unless you get a taxi about b6 lira.
Lovely
Hotel and pools, out of the way, quiet, basic but basic and clean rooms. would recommend with no problems.
though now we have discovered the Gondol Aparts theres no looking back. But you'll enjoy the club.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I think we will keep looking. Although the apts look good, i don't fancy being out of the way of everything xx

If these are the apartments in the corner, opposite Eden Garden then they are a way from town. I stayed at the Eden Garden last year and though I liked them, my Dad found the walk a little bit much. But as people have said it is easy to catch a dolmus or taxi not far down the hill. Had it been just me, I enjoyed the walk though dark at night and a little dangerous on the last bit of road as you come up to the corner. Also, the Aquarium seemed very noisy but I am sure they are geared towards family so maybe it was full of kids.
