cananyone tell me if these apartments are near the venice and the gondol apartments.....cheers

Yes they are along side the Canal on the same side as Venice & Gondol. Have never stayed there myself - booked Gondol for June & September 2012

We have stayed at these apartments as they had kerb appeal (the large cushions outside in the evening etc).However we found them quite a bit more expensive through a holiday co,and a lot more expensive than subsequent holidays through ICR.They are not very spacious inside,(ours was on the front overlooking the pool).The pool was ideal but you had to be up very early to get a space because the towels were out but they weren't taken till late morning. Enjoyable all the same but better value for money since then.
