Have a look at different airports if you haven't already. Our flights are from Cardiff with Thomas Cook, the same dates from Bristol were double the cost. Couldn't believe the difference in price as normally the prices from both airports are approximately the same.

I did a search yesterday with travel supermarket and found some flights had gone down. All were from Gatwick and into Dalaman but mine were for June, July and September with Monarch or Avro their siser company. You should also try Airflights.co.uk, they are pretty good too for cost.

You dont say where you would prefer to fly from or where you live. Just that Easyjet are doing some really cheap flights from Edinburgh as its a new route for them next year

Try the skyscanner web site it compares the different companies and also mixes outbound and inbound flights, you can narrow down your search as well to show flights at the time of day you prefer to go.

Just remember any comparison site will take a cut, they don't do iyt for nothing. If you use them look at the flights they give you and then look at the price direct from the companys.

That's good advice and I always do this. I do find sometimes though that when I go back into the actual web site, they do not give the same times and prices - sometimes more funnily enough.

Not sure whether you can book from UK to travel with Onur Kirky since Aegean went bust in early August. Am sure someone will be along soon who knows better than me, but i recall reading something somewhere that a UK airline is using Onur's planes and routes now? Thomas Cook springs to mind for some reason.

Cheapest I have found so far is with Monarch/Avro at 227 incl baggage which isn't bad, gatwick in June. Thinking of booking them soon. I just had the same conversation with my friend who is coming with me about whether we should book now or wait till new year. Its so up and down, who knows when the best time is to book. :?
