Just want to say another big thankyou for getting our hotel sorted after the Blue Rainbow double booked us, all of you, Elaine, John, Rami and especially Michelle who had just come off the all day boat trip stayed with us till we had been checked into our new hotel 4 hours later. Also a big thankyou to Hakan and Levent who also went out of their way offering us a meal and buying us a drink, after 12 hours of travelling we needed it, see you all next year, x Anita and Nigel,

I noticed Collette has replied to your post on TA trying (I assume) to slag off ICR without mentioning the name.

Ive just had a look at the reply she has put on TA, and sent a reply saying I blame the Hotel manger as she was doing it to loads of people and i also put on that we got upgraded to the marbas at no extra costs to ourselves,so we came out better off, lets see if she has a reply to that.

So glad you got sorted and it didn't spoil your holiday. I met Hakan and Levent a few years ago, lovely people. What is TA??
