Does this guy actually make shoes made to measure?

Not sure about him, but there is one which does make stuff to measure - he's tucked away down a little side street near the beach. If you walk down past Cupids and L'Etoile, just before you come to the row of shops leading to the beach, there is a little road on the left, and it's in there. He has a sign up advertising that he would make stuff to measure in a day or two.

Yes, made to measure about 3 hours depending on how busy.
Pick anything you want and he can do it.

What a guy he is, got sandal blisters last year due to excessive dog walking so bought a pair of plastics which caused a blister on one of my little toes. Decided to bite the bullet and buy a new pair from him that would miss all my blisters but instead, he looked at the problem and cut parts out my plastics, then refused to take a penny but got me an apple tea instead!
We ended up buying him an "eye" keyring which seemed to please him no end.

:D
