Janey- if you go to a shop whose network you are with they will be happy to help you out. My friend is with Orange and she is not very good with phones (or any gadgets!) and although she didn't buy her phone from the Orange shop she has often been in for help and they were happy to explain everything, the same with me at the 02 shop when I got my iphone (not from them) and they were happy to help- with me it was just the once though- my friend is a regular visitor"

Glad you are sorted Janey, must be horrific to be landed with a huge bill or to have all your credit used. I always am well topped up with credit for my holiday in case of emergencies.
