Finally booked for me and my dad to go for a week in October
I was just wondering how much sterling should we take. We'll be eating out every night and maybe the odd lunch here and there, a couple of drinks and that.

Myself and my Husband like to take £100 between us for each day. We dont always spend it all, but that covers evening meals and lunch time snacks with the occassional breakfast. All our drinks plus trips. Plus with the exchange rate being higher, it would go even further.

That amount lets us eat and drink anything when we like without holding back. We like quite a few drinks in the evening and can even be persuaded to have a few drinks or 3 in the afternoon

Hi Becca ,I also budget £100 per day for myself and hubby ,thats eating out every night drinks and lunches ect and any day trips we might go on

Went in July and did £100 a day without too much trouble
