RING FOUND

A ring was found in the ladies toilets at the Tandoori Sizzler last week by one of the staff cleaning.

It is now in the office safe and if anyone can describe it, then it is there for them.

If not claimed at the end of the season we will give it back to the boys to dispose of anyway they want

Hi JT
This kind of restores your faith in people, how honest that the staff have handed it in. I hope whoever lost it gets it back and also gives a wee reward to the person that found it.

it is honest but it does happen here...only last week at the bar/restaurant I work in we found a rucksack with a wallet and cards and £120 cash and various other items. The person who owned it phoned the next day from scotland where they had just returned,we are near Southampton and we posted the whole thing up to her.She has sent us a cheque for the postage which we didnt even ask for.People lose and leave things frequently and if we cant find a number to call them we hold them for months or until they come looking for them.So most people are pretty honest! :)

That restores a bit of my faith Juju, but i lost my phone the other week. it wasn't an expensive phone but all my treasured photos of my grandchildren & phone nos of friends we met on hol in Icmeler were on it, but did the people who found it phone me and return it .....no. They even used my credit until i got the phone blocked & disabled
I have found 2 phones on seperate occasions over the last few years and contacted the number on it and delivered it to the grateful owners.
I suppose there are good and bad everywhere :)
