been going to Icmeler 7yrs tend to eat in same places majestic ,bonjour, set,tandori sizzler, titanic, coco beach ,erdam cafe great value, ozzies no longer there, dream 3 bells sadly Tommy no longer there, gonna try hamadan, rose cafe, anybody got any good ideas for this year . Fancy doing the walk to the flag with you members but not sure if my baggage allowance will accommodate for trainers.anyone got direction for Hamadan staying in old village

Just to let you know Tommy finishes army service end August and say he will be in Icmeler when he does. Might not be working this year - just visiting. We are looking forward to seeing him when we go on 3rd sept

Hamadan is on the road from Azra jewellers to Wembley bar, past the Lal.
Try Cupids or Harry's Steak house, beautiful steaks, also try Vince's great food and super host.

Where about is vinces heard of it but not sure where it is , any one been to broadway heard Gud reviews about it

Vinces is just further down from Cafe Anne on the main road towards the beach.

Try a restaurant called the paris,it was recommended to us this year.We tried it and went back a couple of more times before we come home,the food was beautiful and really good value.Enjoy your holiday .

The Maestro restaurant at the Hotel Efendi is lovely we stayed there last year and ate there almost every night the Chateaubriand is out of this world

We love Broadway the food is lovely as are the staff no entertainment but a lovely place to eat and people watch

So far the best we have had is in the waterfall.

If you are staying in the Old Village, I can recommend Tommy's. Just past the Majestic Apartments at the top of the hill.

Beautiful views of the mountains and great, good value food. Was there last Friday night, wish I was back again now !!

Got to be Broadway ,top of canal opposite love boat - chef formerly at Alvaro and Noels - You will not be disapointed

Thanks for all your ideas looks like my 16nights is gona be filled don't know where to start, you'd think after 7yrs of goin we d have ate everywhere good thing about icmeler so much choice, roll on Friday can't wait just a matter of packin hopefully not over the weight allowance

Heard great reviews on Hanedan ocakbasi, we arrive 21/08 and it will be the first place we visit.

Ditto! We get there early hours of 24th so I'm going to make a reservation for the 25th.
I haven't heard one bad review, on this forum or any other and as I only want to eat Turkish food cooked by a Turkish chef in an authentic Turkish restaurant this is probably where we'll be spending every dinnertime. I'll probably see you in there, lol!

Selam also does excellent Turkish food. Well worth a visit. Other favourite places Wayside,Broadway,Lighthouse and Bonjour.

I alway read such positive reviews about the waterfall but I have never had a good meal there, I have been to icmeler numerous times and have tried the waterfall each time as my daughter loves the animals

We ate there again on Monday evening and again left feeling disappointed, as usual it was very busy but they sorted us out a table by fetching one from somewhere else, after ordering we received our drinks pretty quick but it took over 1 hour to receive our meals and this was only after we asked how much longer we would have to wait, they told us its worth waiting for the best. I don't mind waiting especially if it's good but it was no better than other places with no free bread, not good service and the privilege of paying more there. I'm defiantly not going back

Have just remembered where the waterfall is as soon as you mentioned the animals jeanie it just came to me

hi just back ,, i can honestley say after eating out 14 nights not a single bad meal all were great, its really hard to list the ones we liked best , but heres a list , Romance, possibly the best steak, but then again Sidick Family Restaurant was up there also, steak dianna and garlic mushrooms to die for, Venice excellant, Dream boys Excellent ate there 3 times,no hassle off nasty doorman hes been sacked,, Richards place, Charlies on the Tansas road fantastic, best sunday Roast, and by far the best breakfast in icmeler, Waterfall fantastic Lamb curry,Bamboo on the front,great lamb shank,Friends great all in all the food service and Icmeler itslef just gets better and better
