Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

Just wondering, are there certain/better days when particular things are on, I know that the Market is on Wednesdays, but is there anything else to do that is better or only on a certain day this includes things going on in the restaurants and bars ?

Hi Jeremy everyday is different to yesterday in Icmeler thats why we all go back. I know what you mean though ,just go with the flow and plan your time whilst there.Enjoy

We prefer to visit Turunc on a Monday, that is market day there, so it seems livelier. The market isn't as big as Icmeler so you don't get as much hassle.

We also like to visit the street markets, Monday at Turunc, Tuesday at Siteler ( take a dolmus from Icmeler to Marmaris and you can ask the driver to drop you off to the street market) and of course Wednesday at Icmeler.
At Marti they used to have some show on the beach every fortnight, I think it was wednesdays, but didn't go there this year, so not sure whether this is still on.
