A fab holiday was had in Icmeler but few reservations about Kapmar - The room was fine although a bit dated and looked over buildings at back which was not a huge problem. Was really disappointed though with the service at the hotel - which was actually dire!! There was very little service at the table, you were very rarely greeted with a smile by any of the staff - there was no interaction whatsoever during 10 days.. We went to barbie night at hotel which was worst ever experienced - the food was nice but the drink was terrible because the lemonade was flat and never got a decent drink all night. The pool area was really nice. I felt that the hotel could do more to keep the custom at hotel since it was really central but there was no effort at all to keep you there or woo you in, we always met up with our friends at hotel in another bar across the road. Due to this we had no desire to try the restaurant which admittedly looked lovely. I have stayed Icmeler 3 times and this hotel was very disappointing considering the central location and would not go back unless vast improvements were made!! I rarely give a negative view but sorry very disappointed this time x PS The rooms were kept clean and no disappointment here!!

I hope you sent each drink that was flat back to the bar, thats what I do and if it's not remedied I ask for the manager and if it's still not right I change my drink while we finish our food, refuse to pay for the ones I have returned and then go somewhere else.

We stayed there last year and the year before and all the staff were very friendly and nice we called in there this june to have a drink but all the staff were new and not very friendly so we never stayed there long

We are staying in Kapmar now and have no complaints over staff what so ever all friendly and helpful.
Cleaners turned late today and even apologised for disturbing us, the staff work long hours for little rewards and are very approachable they deserve thanks they are working and are not there to beyond best friend but to be friendly it's a 'budget' hotel but there service is not budget.
Everybody currently staying don't appear to have any issues with sevice and kids love the bar/pool staff.

We stayed there last year found reception staff ok but bar staff were awful. 3 year old grandson got his arm stuck in pool filter wasn't impressed at all wouldn't go back.
