Is that red lights ( flashing) that is showing on what looks like a lamp post at the Zebra crossing the Temperature, or is it my imagination at this time of the morning

Somebody please tell me they see it it is the middle of the first 2 trees it looks back then its red ?????

I think its the sign in the money exchange shop.

Hi - just back from Icmeler. That red light is just up from Hob Nob outside the change shop and it alternates between time and Temperature.
