we arrived home this morning, just to let anybodt going this week. exchange rate sunday gone 2.58, average price efes 4.50 can get cheaper, weather hot hot hot 41c sunday so all have fun and enjoy.will post revier later

Brilliant. Unfortunately I am not quite going this week though wish I was. Got about 4 weeks to go. Thanks for the update though. Pretty good exchange.

Excellent rate considering the interbank rate was only 2.61 at the weekend, can I asked where you got that rate?

The rate fluctuated a wee bit while we were there for the past fortnight - best rate we got was also 2.58, which was from the man in the minimarket under the ICR offices (NOT the change office, which is next door).

Just got back ourselves - definitely dont use change shops. They now charge tax! So instead of advertised rate of say 2.55 you end up getting equivalent of only 2.4. As advised above supermarkets etc are best place to change

For a good rate also try Best supermarket (opposite Romance restaurant) and Arslan supermarket (opposite Loveboat). Flying out Saturday
