can you get WKD or some thing simlar in the bars?

Never seen it and if it is available it will be expensive.

Did see some type of Turkish alchopop in a supermarket but can't think of its name.

Not sure if you can get WKD, but some of the bars do sell similar stuff, like Smirnoff Ice and Bacardi Breezers, so just have a look around. Dave's right though - they will be more expensive than drinking local stuff.

You can get something akin to Bacardi Breezers which are very nice
