dusk to dawn/dawn to dusk

HI everyone been going to turkey for many a year 2004 first time its like an addiction/here is a question i am due to holiday again on the 13th of sept. anyone got any idea what time dawnbreaks and dusk starts to set????? i havent got a clue after all this time i suppose i could google it but ???your answers please and no cheating
