I always fly with them, excellent flight times and I find the legroom is quite good. Although there are no allocated seats, you can pay for speedy boarding. I never bother because I like an aisle seat. Terminal 3 is quite small.

easy jet are ok to fly with, but T3 in Mannie is a claustrophobics nightmare.

Terminal is indeed smaller than the other two terminals, but sufficient food outlets etc. to pass the time and a few shops. easyjet are great, I always fly with them if I can. Free seating so you can sit where you like and much quicker to board the flight. Im sure you will have no problems and will enjoy travelling from Terminal 3.
