Hi everyone, only a few weeks till we are back in lovely Icmeler. There is quite a few of us going this year staying mostly in the Old Village. I just wondered if anyone knew how far it is from Ekinci Palace to the Castle Apartments? We have stayed at the Ekinci several times but not sure where it is in relation to the Castle Apartments. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks - Jane.

someone will correct me if i am wrong but turn right out of Ekinci right again and keep walking in a straight line til you reach Deja Vu and you must be pretty close 10 mins at most

Hi Jozzd,
Thanks for that,I didn't think it would be far but having seen reviews the Castle appears to be on a hill and I can't remember seeing any hills near the Ekinci nor around the few shops, mosque area etc.

To get to the Castle aparts once you get to Dejavu keep walking up to old village and think it is about the 3rd turning on the right and then that is when you encounter the hills - up hill take a left then the next right up the short but fairly steep hill and you are in front of the castle apartments. It is about 8 mins from dejavu. Stayed next door to it last year and kept fit by walking up the hills although did think about doing a business with an electric buggie and charging to take people up the hills....know I would have paid for that service.

Thanks for that we are staying at Castle appartments this year, having stayed at Captain Silver and Babadan for 8 years - we are there from 29th June for two weeks, but think it will be taxis back at night for the two pensioners in our party!

Don't forget that alot of the bars will give you a lift back if you ask them....If you book some places like friends/romance and many others they will come and collect you as well if you ask them. I have often used this service when staying in the old village.
