Can any of the lucky people who have been to Icmeler already or those that are there now let me know what the new floor in Tansas is selling. We are very very very lucky and have an apartment in Icmeler and have had to travel to Marmaris or further afield for household items in the past.

hi there isnt a new floor , but they have started selling small electrical items like irons etc

Hi there Icmeler rocks if you go to the photo gallery there are some shots posted by Barnie showing a new floor at Tansas where the apartments were supposed to be.

we have an appartment like you and were there the first two weeks in may , the upstairs is being used as a store room for stock . they have rearranged the shop floor and moved the tills but thats as far as it goes.

Doh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thought it was too good to be true. Looks like it will be long haul shopping again this year.

We are near to Villa Marr Hotel so nice and central we have had it for 6 years now. We are thinking of moving up to the old village within the next few years as it is a bit noisy where we are. What's it like where you are?

Very quiet , close enough to get to the action but far enough away to be peaceful , going back on july 10th for 7 weeks , then retiring there in 5 years whooopeeee

ooooooooooooooooo you lucky thing. We will be going out 6 June but only for two weeks unfortunately we both still working full time but will be back end of Sept.

Is the Tansas cheaper than the other smaller supermarket type places you see dotted around?

can you tell me what their toiletries are like ?
shower gel, shampoo, sun screen etc, only got 15kgs so if i can get it decent out there it saves the hassle

Hi all available at tansas , if you ask for a money card at the checkout it will cost you 1 lira and entitles you to some good savings on their special offers , you can also use the card at migros which is only a short dolmus ride away towards marmaris , enjoy your hols
