So...we're all getting to know the best bars and restaurants...but what about the beach...where's your favourite beach location...for us it's the Black Rock...oops sorry The Cafe del Mar 8)

Im an icmeler first timer so not been yet but from what I have read this is my prefered spot so far, and one I will be heading to first.

Can you give a reason why you like this over the rest? May just secure my place on the beach

We are not really beach people, we prefer the pool around the apartments, but when we do go to the beach, we usually choose the bit outside Denis Kapisi - no real reason other than that is the only part of the beach that we have used, on the few occassions we have been down there.

Jonnyb

We use this area because it is very quiet and away from the crowds. The cafe above the beach (which serves lunch and evening dinner) has truly spectacular views. It is quite a walk ...particularly on the way back to the aparts. The sunbeds are free if you buy a couple of drinks from the attentive beach waiters or chargable if you just want a bed for the day.

We have used this beach for a number of years and so, in true Turkish hospitality have earned our "loyalty bonus". If you do choose this location i know you will be welcomed with open arms, and will start collecting your own yearly loyalty points

We tend to go to one part of the beach where we know the guy who does the sunbeds, pay for them upfront and be free to choose where we go for our drinks, food, etc. Have been to Yakamoz a few times, but found it a bit hassle-y for our liking. Coco Beach was better in that respect.

In front of Coco Beach like blondie, Messi will look after you and brings drinks to you when ever you order, knows everyone by their name and introduces everyone to each other, and looks after the sunbeds if you decide to go for a walk or go to Coco Beach in the shade :)

Messi is amazing - I cannot understand how he remembers everyone from one year to the next. The first year, we were only on his beach once, but the following year, he remember both my daughter and I by name. He musthave a fabulous memory!

I usually go to the beach where Roma and Sergio were, but now Roma has Bar One up in running I might still go there.Another part is where our friend Osman Beach is, with his water sports. :D :D
