Lady waitress,name??????

Can anybody help me. I am trying to remember the name of the lovely lady who works at the Diva
hotelbar. Annoying, as it is on the tip of my tounge but just cannot get there.
I sure somebody has a better memory than me.

Her name is Gulay and she certainly is a lovely lady.
