Very nice apartments, owners son though (who seems to run the place) is absolutely money mad. He is all over those who spend a lot of money on meals and drinks there, go on his boat trips etc and if you like to do your own thing he is downright hostile. He also tried charging us much more than the earlier price given for air con. He even used to follow us up the road to ask where we were going and why we didnt stay drinking there. If he wasnt there they would have been perfect, he is very intimidating and certainly did not attend charm school! I will never set foot in that place again while he is there- his father is lovely man but not around much.

Apts nice but son is a creep!! I had a chain stolen last year and when i told him he said that it must have been my Turkish boyfriend that stole it, although i didnt have one!!!!! It had gone missing from my room, after i took it off to go to the beach. The father is lovely but as someone else said the son is money mad.Tried to charge my big sister £20 a night to come and stay there but she was already book somewhere costing £26 for the week!! He also tries to get people to book transfers etc through him. I want to relax on hols not be hounded every minute of the day.

As above stayed there last year September and it was fine. Son is a bit of a nark but he is easily ignored which is something you have to do when you keep getting pestered. Dont worry about them as they are fine. Opted for the Pinewood this year opposite which are also fine. Have a good one and dont worry cos they are more than adequate! Happy Hols.

Have stayed here many times, the pool and bar area are lovely. As stated above Mr Kurt is lovely but his son can
be a bit annoying but a polite no thanks does. Dont let this put you off eating in the bar as the food last year was
very good. I will be staying there 4th-18th of July but going to the Ekinci Palace 2nd-9th Oct. I am sure you will have
a great time.

Totally agree - son is definitely a 'stalker'. We stayed there in 2006 and everytime we went out or came back we got the third degree. In the end we started to use the path along side of apartments to avoid him - not something you want to be doing on holiday. He wanted to know what we bought, where we had been and what trips because 'he knew someone who could provide all this!'
We went out one morning and when we came back, he told us the cleaner had gone to clean our apartment and when she had opened the door, all the pots had fallen off the sink area and smashed and wanted us to pay for them - you can imagine what I told him. I knew it was a lie because I have a habit of washing, drying and putting the pots away straight away. Cheek!
On another occasion, the room key broke in the lock and he tried to get us to pay for the locksmith. I told him it was down to wear and tear and refused. We used a pair of tweezers and retrieved the broken key ourselves!
To top it all off, on our last night, he was trying to get us to privately book a room for the following year - no chance!
Such a shame because the apartments and pool are quite nice.

Stayed at the kurt aparts in 2009 mr kurt is ok but his son is a pest a always trying to get you to eat in his place and go on his trips. I had a safe box in his office and he was watching how much i was taking out and had the cheek to get his barman to ask me what rate i got for my 200 hundred quid. The apartments are good as is the pool but i would not go back as i think this man is to intrusive.

Maybe someone can help me on this, are the owners of the Kurt Apts related in some way to the owners of Sahin Palace ? I know its maybe a bit off subject, but just curious.

No, the owners of the Sahin Palace are the same owners of the Sevgi which is situated between the Sahin Palace and the Kurt. Very nice people and leave you be when you go out, the total opposite to the Kurt.

Sahin Palace is nothing to do with Kurt appartments. Just in the same vicinity.

I am sure the owner of Sahin Palace is the brother of Hasan - who used to own the Bounjour and is now the deputy mayor...
