hi the adler and the majestic are two separate blocks of apartments and shouldn't be mistaken. Stayed at the adler last september and was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews however my fears were unfounded. the rooms were basic but ok and if your fit (no lift)the attic rooms are huge although the balconys are small, i loved being up in the gods. Originally we were in an attic room but as my husband is disabled we were moved to a room on the first floor. This was not as spacious as the attic but had 3 balconies! However were the adler comes into its own is the pool area, gets the sun all day even in september. There are plenty of sunbeds and loads of space around the pool and the whole area was kept spotless. The meals in the bar are excellent and reasonably priced, the english breakfast is fantastic and will fill you up for the day. Mario is a very good chef and the food on the Turkish night was to die for. i have been to icemeler 16 or 17 times and this was the best yet.
Keep the lads in the bar ismet, neo and mario (sorry about the spellings) on side and they will make sure your stay is a good one as they run the place. It is about ten minutes walk into town which is ok in September but not as pleasant in the heat of high Summer. The majestic looked nice but was more or less empty when we stayed at the adler so was unable to get a true impression of the place. The only reason haven't booked the Adler for this year is am staying for 3 weeks and various friends are coming over during our stay so wanted to be in town. Work permitting if i get a holiday before September would definitely book the Adler ,excellent value for money and would stay there again without hesitation. Like everything it depends what you want if your happy with basic accommodation with an excellent pool at a very cheap price (more money for spending)and don't mind a pleasant walk the adler is ideal. :D

Ali who owns Majestic has also taken the Miramonte next door and will knock the wall out and make the place bigger with 2 pools and is talking about adding a water slide.

Club Majestic is born

stayed at the majestic September last year.rooms were clean and sheets and towels were changed every couple of days.angel and his staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.as it was the first season since the old Adler was split bookings were slow and it was used as an overspill hotel for a few well known companies.as john has said the plan this year was to extend into next door and become club majestic.we would have no qualms about staying there again.
